Canvas By Color Shipping Policy
Canvas By Color offers both physical products and digital products. Please review the information below so you know what to expect with your order.
Digital Products
Digital Painting Projects, printable artwork, traceable patterns, and other digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
Digital files are made available after purchase according to the product listing and selected options. Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Physical Products
Physical Paint by Number Kits and other physical products require processing before shipment.
Estimated processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment provider. Any shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Canvas By Color is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or delivery interruptions outside of our control.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will contact you regarding the delay and provide appropriate cancellation or refund options.
That last paragraph is worth keeping. Federal rules generally require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for promised shipping times and to offer cancellation/refund options when they cannot ship within the promised period. Federal Trade Commission

We want you to be happy with your Canvas By Color purchase.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the files have been delivered or accessed.
This includes:
Digital Painting Projects, printable patterns, traceable artwork, downloadable reference images, and other digital files.
If you receive an incorrect file, a damaged file, or are unable to access your purchase, please contact us so we can correct the issue.
Digital products are licensed for personal use only unless a separate commercial license has been purchased or written permission has been provided by Canvas By Color.
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom Paint by Number Kits and other personalized products are made specifically for the customer and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange, except when the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.
Physical Products
Unused and unopened eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when required by law or when the return is the result of our error.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Description of the problem
Photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, correction, or refund is appropriate.
Shopify lets you publish a written return/refund policy separately from its automated return rules, so make sure the wording in Settings → Policies matches any return rules you eventually enable in Shopify. Shopify Help Center
