The artwork, reference image, traceable pattern, and all included digital files are for personal use only. Your purchase allows you to print and use the files to create artwork for yourself or as a personal gift.

Digital files may not be shared, copied for others, resold, redistributed, uploaded for download, or included in another digital product. The artwork or pattern may not be used for merchandise, products for resale, paid paint parties, classes, workshops, or other commercial purposes without prior written permission or a separate commercial license from Canvas By Color.

Purchase does not transfer ownership of the original artwork or digital files.

3. Custom Photo Paint by Numbers Kits

When you upload a photo for a custom kit, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit does not violate another person’s rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

4. Product Information

We work to display product descriptions, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However, screen settings and the handmade nature of paint by numbers kits may cause minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance. These minor differences do not constitute a defect.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Standard kits may be eligible for return if unopened and unused. Custom photo kits are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain a production error.
