Photo guidelines:
For the best result, choose a bright, sharp photograph taken at your pet’s eye level. Your pet’s face, eyes, ears, and important markings should be clearly visible. Avoid blurry images, screenshots, heavy filters, dark shadows, distant subjects, or photographs with part of the pet cropped out.
One pet is recommended for the clearest finished painting. Photos containing additional pets may require a larger canvas to preserve recognizable details.
Please note that your photograph may be cropped, centered, or gently simplified to create a paintable composition. Colors may vary slightly between your screen, reference image, and acrylic paints.
Because every kit is personalized from the customer’s photograph, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain a production error.
