We want you to feel confident ordering from Canvas By Color. Please review the policy below before starting a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, an item must meet all of the following requirements:
- It is unused and in its original packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- It is not a custom paint by numbers kit, unless there is a defect, damage, or production error.
Used or partially completed kits, digital products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
2. Starting a Return
To request a return, please contact us with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request. We will review the request and send return instructions if it is approved.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Canvas By Color is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your kit arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and any issue you received so our team can help resolve it as quickly as possible.
When confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund based on the issue and product availability.
6. Custom Paint by Numbers Kits
Because each custom kit is created from your uploaded image, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded for changes of mind, photo selection, or personal preference after production begins.
If your custom kit has a printing defect, arrives damaged, or does not match the approved order details because of a production error, contact us and we will review the issue.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
