Order Processing

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Custom photo paint by numbers kits may require additional production time before they ship because they are made specifically from your uploaded image.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and local delivery conditions can occasionally affect arrival times.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will send the tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a short time for tracking activity to appear after the shipment confirmation is sent.

Custom Photo Kits

Custom photo kits are created from the image you upload. To help avoid delays, please make sure your photo is clear, well-lit, and uploaded correctly before placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

Canvas By Color may ship to international destinations. While standard shipping is free, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Orders

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and clear photos of any damage so our team can help resolve the issue promptly.
